General terms for the registration of your website on the directories managed by Résaflex

Between the host, client, advertiser using the directory services and Résaflex.

Terms applicable to the standard registration

The standard registration provides a listing in one of our directories with the aim of promoting a property or service offered by the host; we do not intervene in transactions between hosts and their clients.

Registration to the directory service in the standard registration plan is subject to a monetary contribution, the current rate of which is displayed at the time of registration for a fixed or unlimited duration (click here to view the current rate) unless you have a promotional offer indicating otherwise.

Listings of accommodation of the « Room to rent » type (not bed and breakfasts) are offered as a standard plan for 12 months. If the client is satisfied with our services they may renew their listing at the current rate.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access, rectify and object to the personal data concerning them. To do so, simply contact us by email. The directories are registered with the CNIL in accordance with the law.

Registration in the directories is subject to French law.

All information provided on the site is the sole responsibility of its respective authors (description, type, classification… of the proposed property). We cannot in any case be held responsible for incorrect information or loss of data. We reserve the right to accept or refuse a registration (in which case the client would be refunded).

It is necessary and essential that the person registering a listing be the owner of the property featured/offered in the listing.

The display order of listings, the selection of information appearing on listings, and any advertisements or information displayed on the directory are under the sole decision-making power of Résaflex.

We do not make any full or partial refund of registrations, renewals or subscriptions at the client's request, except for recurring payments made via PayPal (automatically scheduled payments — the initial payment is not concerned) at the client's request within 15 days of the recurring payment date.

Registration in the directory is deemed effective on the day we validate the registration.

• For payment by bank cheque, the registration will be validated upon receipt of payment at the address provided during registration.
• For payment by bank card, the registration will be validated as soon as your payment is confirmed (usually within the day).
• For payment by bank transfer, the registration will be validated upon receipt of payment on our bank account.
• For payment by PayPal (one-off payment), the registration will be validated upon receipt of the PayPal payment by our services.
• For payment by PayPal (subscription mode), the registration will be validated upon receipt of the PayPal payment by our services; your registration will be automatically renewed via your PayPal account under the same conditions as those subscribed to at the initial payment. The client may cancel automatic renewal at any time via their PayPal account (no commitment period).

Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for the accuracy and/or relevance of the information provided by the client and/or the quality of the products or services offered by the client.

Given the technical constraints related to the Internet, we are not able to guarantee the continuity of use of the free or paid services offered. As data transmission over the Internet network is not entirely reliable, we cannot be held responsible for interruptions, slowdowns or inaccessibility of the Internet network or any other problem disrupting the use of the free or paid services of our directories.

The client agrees that the photo(s) sent or the internet link to the photo(s) may be used by the directory as part of their registration.

In the event of non-receipt of your photograph to be included in your listing, the listing will continue its normal course until expiry without compensation or reduction on our part.

We may carry out interruptions of the services offered for maintenance of the directories.

As computing is not an exact science, there may be errors on listings, emails sent to hosts, etc. We do not intend to produce errors deliberately and we would be grateful if you would report them to us as soon as possible should any occur.

Neither we nor the client shall under any circumstances be liable to the other Party, for any reason whatsoever, for any indirect damage, including loss of data, commercial damage, loss of turnover or profit, loss of customers, loss of opportunity, in connection with the registration of your website on one of the directories.

If a judgment were to be pronounced against us on any grounds whatsoever and on any legal basis, the amount of damages awarded may not exceed the sum effectively received in respect of the registration.

The client is in no way obliged to renew their registration at its expiry.

In the event of a cancellation request from the host while the listing is still active, the listing will be deactivated and the amount received for the registration will remain ours.

In the event of the sale of the property featured in the listing, the previous host must deactivate their listing (from their account page).

If the sold property is taken over by a new buyer and that buyer wishes to have a listing on our directories, they must complete a new registration.

We are bound by an obligation of means towards the client, but never of result.

After each payment, you will receive by email an invoice in PDF format (allow a few days for issue).

Should the directory webmaster note a breach of any of these rules, or should the client's listing clearly not comply with French law (defamation, presentation of a property that does not belong to them, etc.), we reserve the right to deactivate it.

Terms applicable to the standard registration with the "Sponsored" option

Registration to the directory service with the "Sponsored" option is subject to a monetary contribution, the current rate of which is displayed at the time of registration for a fixed duration.

These conditions for the standard registration also apply with the "Sponsored" option.

Registration to the "Sponsored" service allows the client to have their directory listing displayed on the first page of their department and to display one or more photos on their listing related to their registration (number of photos indicated at the time of registration).

The payment amount determines the duration of the registration.

Terms applicable to the standard registration with the "Featured" option

Registration to the directory service with the "Featured" option is subject to a monetary contribution, the current rate of which is displayed at the time of registration for a fixed duration.

These conditions for the standard registration also apply with the "Featured" option.

Registration to the "Featured" service allows the client to have their directory listing displayed on the first page of their department in a special "Featured" block and to display one or more photos on their listing related to their registration (number of photos indicated at the time of registration).

The payment amount determines the duration of the registration.

Use of the mobile phone number for booking enquiries

The mobile phone number provided by the host may be used by RÉSAFLEX to send an SMS informing the host of a new booking enquiry (in addition to receiving an email). RÉSAFLEX will not send SMS messages to hosts other than for booking enquiries. Of course, the host may decline SMS messages by setting the "Receive SMS notifications" parameter to "No" in their account area, under "Edit my listing".
